Cannot fault the efficiency of the surgery, staff and Doctors always pleasant. Always manage to get a telephone appointment and a face to face appointment when necessary too. In my case a blood test was needed and that was arranged an hour later.

It is an outstanding practice and should be used to help other surgeries see how it should be done. My friends and relatives really struggle in other areas and indeed other surgeries locally to get the help they need. It can be done, lovely receptionists, helpful medical staff and appointments available often within hours of contact. It doesn’t matter if it’s a little one with the sniffles, jabs for holidays, mental health, menopause questions or longer term health issues. It’s dealt with in a professional, compassionate, caring and friendly way - always. Well done Galletly.
